Trailers with very short setup time that can carry all your gear for a weekend adventure or a year long expedition.

FABRICATION AND ASSEMBLY

PROUDLY BUILT IN THE USA SUPPORTING LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS

CUTTING

We laser cut 100% of our aluminum and steel parts except for the steel frame tubes. Every other material gets CNC cut. These processes ensure precise parts every single time. This is possible thanks to the fact that we completely 3D model all our trailers.

CNC BENDING

Every single bend gets done on a CNC press brake with a precision to a thousands of an inch. Doing this results in perfect fitting parts, which means less assembly time and perfect replacement parts in case of accidental damages down the off-road.

Off-road campers need a combination of strength and flexibility. For this reason we use different methods like Mig welding for our steel frames, tig for all aluminum and a mix of mechanical fastners and flexible adhesives for assembly.

What’s even more interesting about the concept is that it’s towing a “compact expedition” Hive EX trailer. The trailer has the same wheel-and-tire setup as the Atlas tow vehicle, and features mountain-bike racks on the roof. It also can serve as a mobile basecamp for all those aforementioned adventures
